Geraldine Sarmiento is an artist and designer. She has many years of professional working experience as a visual designer for print and web. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Cooper Union, and a Master of Professional Studies degree from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program, where she developed a thesis on the use of algorithms called L-systems as a tool for design. At present, Geraldine works as Interaction and Graphic Designer at Stamen Design.
